Why would you charge for a coffee when I wanted my special coffee cup refilled? Aggravating. From a good customer who spent $150 at the last meal?
Dear Mr. Shinder, First of all, thank you for dining in our restaurant last night. You ordered a double espresso, which does not come with free refills. Afterwords, you ordered a regular decaf coffee which we charged for, as it is a new coffee order. Then a refill of of your decaf coffee was requested and given free of charge. Cabotto's does not charge for refills of regular or decaf coffee, only for specialty coffee and espresso. This is common practice in all restaurants and coffee shops. These folks keep doing it right! The pizza is consistently delicious, cooked really well. The crust is nice and chewy, the pepperoni has a unique sausage flavor, and the sauce is nice and sweet. Staff are super friendly and quick.Great wings and great pizza. Always friendly service and quick delivery. Sauce for the wings is good BBQ sauce which I like. Blue cheese dip is great and my favourite.

Cabotto's is a somewhat fancy restaurant, and rest assured the quality of the dishes goes with it. This is not your run of the mill Italian, this actually is a nice restaurant to take a date or business partner to and really make an outstanding impression. Service is excellent as well, with staff tending to patrons' needs constantly and, on a side note, the coffee is also superb. All in all, if you're looking for a solid Italian restaurant that can't possibly go wrong, you've just found your go-to place in Cabotto's.
